Join us at the farm for a three hour hands on instruction on June 6 at 11 am for starter feeding, mixing, proofing, shaping, scoring, and baking.

WHAT'S INCLUDED:

  • Organic fresh baked sourdough with grass-fed butter, farm fresh local honey, jam, cheese, and fruit for snacking during class

  • A finished organic dough ready to take home and bake the next day

  • Two recipe cards with the bread recipe and all of the tips and tricks to make your best loaf

At home you will need a dutch oven and bread flour.
